What to Expect:

The CryoWellness.Fit offers multiple sauna options to utilize in your Wellness Journeys. Most sessions are 15-45 minutes, depending on your experience level and overall current health. It’s important for you to listen to your body’s natural response when setting a time and frequency of use. End your session when your body feels hot and comfortably unwound, not when you start to feel unwell and exhausted by the heat.

A technician will assist you into the unit, facilitate the session, and monitor you for the duration. There is no recovery time needed, but you must drink plenty of fluids right before the session and for an hour after. Water helps to cool down the body and eliminate toxins that were released.


Allow 24 hours between sessions. You are welcome to stay and enjoy another therapy type in your membership.

TIP: Showering before entering the sauna prevents any toxins collected on your skin throughout the day to be absorbed during your session while the pores are wide open. And waiting one hour after your session to take another shower gives the heat in your body enough time to complete its detoxification and for pores to return to their normal size. Then is the best time to rinse away the toxins that were released from inside your body during your session.
