What to Expect:

Red light therapy is gentle and safe for all skin types. CryoWellness.Fit offers multiple red light therapy delivery options to utilize in your Wellness Journeys.


Choose between a whole-body session inside a closed unit, or relax and lie back for the Poly Rejuv to concentrate on specific areas needing a deeper penetrating red light session. In both settings, wearing minimal clothing to expose the treatment areas is required.

A technician will assist you into the unit, tower, or treatment room, facilitate the session, and monitor you for the duration. There is no recovery time needed, however 24 hours between sessions is recommended. You are welcome to stay and enjoy another therapy type in your membership.
